The opportunities are unlimited in the metropolitan area. Houston offers a richly-diverse pool of highly-skilled, multilingual, multicultural workers. Nearly 25 percent of all adults has completed four years of college, surpassing the national average, while the median age is three years younger than the national average. More than 90 languages are spoken in Houston. The City of Houston offers a wide range of incentive programs to encourage business and industry to choose Houston when making expansion or relocation decisions. Houston has several large areas of baby bombers in the Houston area and surrounding areas. Also the median age for the populations is 33 to 34 so they have elderly parents and grandparents that range between 50 – 80+ that could use our services. The market areas of the Houston population there are several elderly people in the Harris county area, Pearland, Sugarland, Missouri City. And each and every day the population continues to grow because several people are retiring everyday and have elderly parents who still want to be independent and be able to have their medication needs meet. The medication need can be meet of the elderly, especially if they want to continue to be independent they can have Medicare and Medicaid.
