As “the most influential physicist of the 20th century” (Biography.com) and a man often noted for his comical personality, Albert Einstein has helped shape physics into what it is today with his wide variety of contributions such as his “Miracle Year,” the early development of the Quantum Theory and his guidance in exploring the possibility of creating an atom bomb in the second world war. Once a young boy who was asked to drop out of elementary school, Einstein was clearly sold short on his capability for success. Born into a Jewish middle class family in Ulm, Wurttemberg, Germany, on March 14th, 1879, Einstein was a playful and mischievous child. As a child, teachers believed Einstein had little intelligence because it took him quite some time to learn how to speak. He was so far …show more content…
The Nobel Peace Prize he received in 1921 was an award he received for his hard work in science, more specifically, physics. As he once said, “Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.” The day we stop questioning the things in the universe is the day that we stop learning and eject into a life where there are only two results; correct or inconclusive. It is through these mind compelling questions that we are able to further our knowledge in our studies and grow as not only students but humans as well. Einstein was a firm believer in pushing the limits, defying all odds, and by his determination to ask questions; there is nothing that the human race cannot learn and understand. Whether it be the existence of life on another planet or the ability to identify more fish in the sea, questions are the only way we can advance in technology and Einstein is the best example that has walked this
