Jared Archibald Political Science 1100 Franklin Roosevelt research paper When ranking the presidents a few that might instantly come to mind as the greatest might include George Washington or Abraham Lincoln. One that came to my mind was Franklin Delano Roosevelt. I believe he made one of the biggest impacts on this country as a president. He helped America get through a very difficult time and lead us through more.
The most ranked president had many usual suspects, Abraham Lincoln was the greatest president with an average score of 95 out of 100.He is remembered for his great role as leader in preserving the union during civil war and started the process that led to end slavery in the united states. He is also remembered for his leadership, character ,speeches , and letters led him to the nations highest office. A major effect Lincoln has on the United States today is simply through the good example he set when it came to leadership .He made the decision to fight for the unity of our country. Lincoln was an chief commander in civil war and that preserved the US as one. His policy was successful in stopping countries from entering the American civil war.
With Washington’s strong leadership, in my opinion, he has made a mark and impression in the Unites States that will continue
Our country has had quite a few Presidents in its day and with that come the good and the bad. Now, not all Presidents are either purely good or bad. There are some that mostly bad with a bit of good while others can be mostly good with a hint of bad. Now, no man is perfect by any means but there are a few Presidents that have done fantastic while in office and that have been a purely beneficial factor for our country.
The President who impacted society and the nation the most was Thomas Jefferson so therefore he is the strongest president. Thomas Jefferson was a very great president and let me tell you why. Jefferson has not only impacted the nation but also the society. Jefferson has impacted the educational syatems , the seperation of church and state , and the citizens. Thomas has imacted more but those three impacts are the most important.
Mike Huckabee was the 44th Governor of Arkansas. He was governor from 1996 until 2007. He has gone down in Arkansas’s history as the longest serving governor. When Huckabee left office he left tax cuts, job creation, reconstruction of his state’s road system, K-16 education reform, and a health plan that took a less expensive approach than the government’s approach to healthcare. He has changed Arkansas it a positive way.
Obama 22. Reagan The three Presidents that I feel have been the most positive influences on our nation were George Washington, Ronald Reagan, and Abraham Lincoln. George Washington had one of the most positive influences on our country because
Barack Obama impacted U.S history by passing down greater laws, he was the first black president in the U.S, he gave people free insurance, and there were not many chemical weapons in the U.S during his presidency. The “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” My first reason why Barack Obama impacted us history by passing down greater laws, one of those laws was their Obama car act.
We all probably nwo michelle obama the wife of barack obama the first african american first lady she helped the U.S. by encouraging health to children as well as adults. The also created a campaign called let’s move which was a fitness program for kids which also encouraged them to be active and eat healthy things. The presidents of the U.S. are very important people. Every president made a piece of history and without them, history wouldn’t be the same. Although, the ones that were unfortunately assassinated made a bigger impact. This is because they would become martyrs and people would continue their legacies. Two key presidents in U.S. history would be, J.F.K. and Abraham Lincoln.
To start off, Obama is a leader. When he was the 44th president of America, he did a lot of good things. He had a bunch of traits that leaders have. If he was still the president of the United states then he would be doing greater things. There are still other leaders and he was one of them.
His speech made a major impact on today’s society. Obama made everything possible for society. Obama speech had a slippery slope effect. Thanks to Obama we now have free health care and several other things. Obama just didn’t give us free health care, Obama gave the people hope.
Even though they had to go through this, many of them pushed through the problems and continued to follow their dreams. Barack Obama is the president of the United States who made major impacts on the world. I admire Obama because he did things right, even though people were against his ideas. Obama was the first African American president to take office. Many accomplishments were made while he was on his presidential term such as health care reforms.
Today’s economy constrains the life of young individuals who seek to earn a higher education. Whether it is paying for college or finding a job after graduating, college students are becoming more concerned with how to get to the destination instead of the path itself. Because of the competition in the job market, new graduates have a difficult time finding work due to lack of experience. Although internships and lower paying jobs are offered around their setting and major, it would be more beneficial for graduates to obtain work experience outside of the normal path they would take. Recent college graduates who do not have or cannot find jobs should move abroad and seek different job opportunities because it will better effect their total experience by enhancing their work assets, teaching them how to learn and adapt to a different environment, and expanding their global knowledge overall.
NELSON MANDELA Nelson Mandela is one of the influence people in the 20th century politics. He was the first black president of South Africa from 1994 to 1999 and elected by fully representative democratic election. He was also a politician, an activist, fighting against HIV/AIDS in Africa, promoting global peace and South African anti apartheid revolutionary. One thing that he did for the Africans and affects the world was about to end the apartheid, a system that try to separated the races of black skin over white skin people in South Africa. Because of him right now there is no differentiate between those people again.
