Eliot Ness born April 19th, 1903 in Illinois Ness graduated at the university of chicago and graduated with a ph.b in economics, Ness later took a graduate level police administration course taught by august vollmer, vollmer and Ness stayed friends and stayed in contact after the course. In august 1926 Ness was appointed a prohibition agent and Ness hand picked i group of agents called the untouchables. They are called the untouchables because of their integrity and reputation of not taking/ refusing bribes. Any criminal who has tried to bribe them have been refused due to the fact that Eliot Ness and his team’s intelligence, ability and above all honesty and integrity. We are in danger chicago has been taken over by a mad man Al Capone. 3,000 police officers and 300 prohibition officers have failed to bring down Al Capone and his Empire built on crime, but Ness is our guy he will save this city. Ness could bring down Al Capone, in Capone’s empire assassinations, bombings, firearms, and corruption is what is routine. Do we want a guy like that running the seats? The answer is no. Ness and his untouchables are truly untouchable and together they will protect us they will save us. I theorize that Ness will not only save chicago from the likes of al capone but he will save others as well. I know that most of you like al capone do to the fact he is supplying you with alcohol in your speakeasies but capone is nothing but a tyrant that needs to be stopped and ness is the guy who will stop him he is a smart man and he like his untouchables will never take a bribe. We as a people of this dying city should not give more power and support to a tyrant but should give our support into the one who will heal this dying city by taking down what is killing
