Chinggis Khan ruled the Mongolian empire from 1190 to 1227. These were grand years to live in the Mongol empire. During the time Chinggis Khan governed over the Mongolian empire, countless monumental events and breakthroughs took place. Numerous inventions were invented; a legal code was left after the death of Chinggis Khan, a trade system was set in place, and Chinggins Khan allowed religious tolerance.
