Harriet Tubman showed perseverance in by freeing slaves. She as well went through a lot of crisis before the time she free the slaves. She also became famous and honored by millions of slaves.
First, was the birth of a new strong baby Araminta Harriet Ross. Her birthday is unknown, Its between 1820 and 1825. People called her Minty for short. But later her life is taken for a rude awakening. Everyday when she was five, Harriet was whipped five times before breakfast to train her. She carried scars and bruises for the rest of her life. Imagine being five and you were lashed before breakfast! She was an adolescent. Which means her job was she was sent to a dry-goods store for supplies. Suddenly, one day a guy was leaving the field without permission. Tubman was demanded to restrain the runaway but, she refused. The overseer threw a two-weight pound rock to her head. Fleeing to Philadelphia. She escape when she heard that her following owner was sick and about to lead to death. Although she escape she feared that her family would be in crisis when she left. Her Father noticed a sign that says $300 reward for the return of Harriet Tubman. Harriet was now in a rebellious situation. Tubman used a system called the underground railroad to help her escape. The underground railroad lead to the northern areas. In the December 1850, she received a warning that her niece, Kessiah was going to be sold along with her two young children. Then thats when the dynamics of escaping slavery changed that same year. It was a Fugitive States Law that all escaped slaves that were in the north were capable of being returned to the slave grounds. Thats when Harriet led the underground railroad to Canada which prohibited the slavery category
