Owning a car is now as important as having a home to live in or having food on the table. Every household owns at least one vehicle. Henry Ford did not start out as an engineer, in fact his parents owned a farmed and he grew up as a farm boy. One fateful gift of a clock led him into dissembling and self-teaching himself the engineering skills with only an eighth grade level education. His new found experience created a passion for engineering and caused him to revolutionize transportation in America. Although his business went through many great changes specifically increase in income for workers to make them stay and keep working, which boosted the economy, eventually the assembly line helped him buy millions of his affordable Model T revolutionizing transportation in America.

All Ford could think about was his vision for manufacturing cars and being the first to sell such a luxurious product at a low price for all the middle class. He wanted his business to thrive better than anyone else's and to create a product that would continuously be used. “Ford became renowned for his revolutionary vision: the manufacture of an inexpensive automobile made by skilled workers who earn steady wages.” (biography.com editors). The model T was his best creation. It achieved every goal he wished to meet: affordable, desired, revolutionary. He had full ownership in the creation of the intricate machine and took great pride in it, even despising any new models that were eventually made. More importantly, the goal that revolutionized America was it being the most affordable by those in the middle class.
