During World War 2 there were many upsets, surprises and events which impacted the world for ever. One of these events was the political party of the Nazis rising into power by using the radio and speakers to effectively get their point across to the German citizens. Using propaganda as a primary method to achieve power in Germany. Hitler installed many radios in public areas such as bars, restaurants, etc to aid him in the process of becoming one of the most powerful people in the world. Since the German army had around 13 million soldiers this proves that it was one of the largest in the world, Hitler’s success with propaganda helped him build an army of this size. Reason being that he was able to convince the population that the treaty of Versailles was a stupid restriction placed on Germany so he simply ignored it and encouraged people to join to prove a point. The point being that Germany will not follow or agree with the restrictions placed on Germany. Hitler used objects like the radio to get his point across the nation, since many people were unable to attend Hitler’s public speaking campaigns in person. German soldiers were put through military training starting at 14 years old. German army recruits entered their basic training considerably advanced, in terms of both physical conditioning and military skills, compared to those of other nations.
