Rome Impact On Today's U.S.
There are many reasons on why Rome or Greece is better than the other in the categories of math, technology and even the military, But that's not the point I’m trying to get across I'm writing about how much of an impact these countries have made in modern day, here are my reasons why Rome has overcome that aspect.
I think that the country of Rome has made a bigger impact on the U.S. today because of their military, leaders and also their technology was also more advanced than other countries.

today, but some of the main points are there weapons, and ability to fight off massive amounts of enemies efficiently,The Roman Empire had a very wide variety of weapons at this time, First they had a hand held weapons like a crossbow that was used instead of the spear because they wanted to use it for a longer ranged attack. This influenced the U.S. today because now we use a very similar version of the crossbow, for hunting and archery. They also had spears and swords for a more physical side of war, This led to a more advanced model in today's time like the pocket knife, dagger and even the household kitchen knives. One of Rome's greatest leaders, Julius Caesar, was the first person to hand write a newpaper. The first newspaper wasn't actually on paper, It was on a small piece of wood, but eventually they found a better way of making newspapers, They did this by putting the writing on small slabs of stone, because it was easier to read and was written cleaner than on a piece of wood. They were often written with the earlier version of a pen or different writing utensils. The newspaper was a very good invention, it's also very helpful today. The first newspaper was published in a high trafficking area in Rome in early 59 BC. The newspaper eventually turned into the earlier version of the book in 1455. The creation of the newspaper eventually made school systems better in modern day, The newspaper eventually turned into the earlier version of the book which is what we use to educate our schools and communities today. Overall, newspapers were actually a great contribution to modern day U.S. by creating better school systems because then eventually evolved into the early version of the
