As the legend, Steve Jobs used his own experience to show us that fight against conformity could lead to an unbelievable success. Steve Jobs was fired by Apple in 1985, the company he created, because he suggested a different perspective about the commercial pattern Apple should work on. This decision made him all the way back to the original state -- losing the job, losing fund support and even losing his best friend. He was frustrated for couple years, but after he reinvigorated, he started a new company called NEXT. After a series of failure products and been through the economic crisis, Apple was getting down.
Steve Jobs was the creator and founder of the the infamous company, Apple. Apple produces various types of technology for people globally. He would not have been able to create his extremely successful business without the help of America's free enterprise system. With the free enterprise system, Steve Jobs was capable of creating his own business. Since America has a free enterprise system, Jobs had very fewer or even no restrictions on creating and maintaining his company.

These products are presently at the peak of technology.
The Macintosh was what made Apple super big (Blumenthal 123). Since the Macintosh was big at the time, lots of people wanted to get their hands on one (Blumenthal 178). It was known for being a very easy and cheap computer to use (Blumenthal 178)! Apple 1, 2 and Macintosh were what started off Apple as a great company by producing great products later down the road like the IPhone, IPad and Mac which are one of the best selling handheld devices in the current day (Blumenthal 2). In his lifetime Steve Jobs achieved a tremendous amount. He co-founded the widely known company, Apple Inc. with Steve Wozniak out of a garage after he dropped out of college and decided to travel through India. He was a visionary who helped create items most people in the world use today, such as iPhone’s, iMac’s, AppStore, iTunes, etc. He essentially created things which are a huge part of people’s everyday lives, including mine. I still remember when I got my first iPod touch in the 6th grade, I was so excited to see all the features and capabilities it had and at the time, I was amazed with it.
Who is this man behind all the popular social technology inventions? Steve jobs is the creator of I phone and the brand of Apple. He has built the most valuable corporation in the world. His mission was to humanize personal computing. Steve made the music bloom a bit more with his software invention of iTunes.
Innovation in the workplace has become a necessity in order for businesses to maintain their competitive edge. Businesses that are great innovators usually have someone in their organization that drives innovation. For Apple, this great innovator was Steve Jobs. Leadership practices can be used to help encourage innovation and helped make Steve Jobs a leader in innovation. He was also able to use the five discovery skills of innovation leaders.
Steve job as a leader provide the vision and set the direction to his organization and as a manager he carries out the mission that the leader have defined. Steve Jobs has clearly brought back the vision to Apple that it was lacking in the late 80′s and 90′s.
