The Beatles One of the most well known groups in the world, the Beatles. They sold millions of records and they have millions of fans to this day even though they broke up over four decades ago. The Beatles were talented musicians that knew how to perform for a crowd. They knew how to make music people all over the world would like and they had a past that encouraged them to work for their future.

One extraordinary thing about the beatles is that they were not just a hit in their home country, but they were of the few that made it in America.
The Beatles were the first to play a concert in a stadium. The idea was seen as absurd because concerts usually were held in auditoriums, theaters, and amphitheaters with 1,000 to 10,000 people. The first stadium concert held over 55,000 people and sold out within hours. People, more specifically teenage girls, went crazy for the Beatles. For a modern comparison One Direction fans were similar to what the Beatles fans of the time were.
The Beatles were smart and did their homework when writing music. They figuring out what their sound has to be in order to be a hit. The boys looked at American artist, listened to their music, researched American record labels. They found a sound that all people, not just the people of their country but people all over the world, would enjoy. To this day the Beatles hold records, one incredible one being that they are the only group to hold the top five positions on the Billboard Hot 100.
