Korea took several stages toward democracy and development of politics and Economics. Korea was occupied by Japan after World War II, it got its independence in 1948, Korea faced division of North and south through 38th parallel and these regions were under the leads of US and USSR. At 1948, UN helped South Korea in electing their first president Rhee Syngman. In North Korea it declared the provisional people's committee by Kim Il-sung, then the officially foundation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
