Well, all this and much more was made possible by Thomas Alva Edison. Thomas Edison was a creative inventor that pushed the science world forward 100 years and had a major positive impact on his decade, the world, and even the rest of history. Edison was known world-wide as the wizard of Menlo Park, The Father of the electric age, and the greatest inventor to ever live. Also that when WWII broke out, he was asked to invent defencive weapons for submarines, and war ships. He also innovated things by using rubber, concrete, and ethanol. In 1887, Edison opened the first building committed only to research and development in New Jersey. One year after opening, it was deemed the largest testing laboratory in the world. Thomas Edison was a creative inventor that pushed the science world forward 100 years by inventing the lightbulb, quadruplex transmitter, telegraph, helping with the making of the telephone and much more. Plus he had a major positive impact on his decade by serving in the civil war, saving lives and creating jobs.
