WWII And How It Started
World War II is a war known for its bloody violence, its endless destruction, the almost genocide of jewish people and Nazis. Everyone assumes that WWII was started by Germany invading Poland, but I believe it was started by China and Japan in 1931 due to a dispute over oil and rubber, so this second great war started because of this problem. “The Japanese military faced a particular tactical problem in that certain critical raw materials — especially oil and rubber — were not available within the Japanese sphere of influence. Within these years of bloody war many people on both sides died, especially jewish people, since this war included them as well. All these powers threw everything at each other to gain ground on one another. Japan's actions were fuelled a long time before WWII. For Japan, this second great war was to them the Second Sino-Japanese War it started in 1937 with a battle called the Marco Polo Bridge Incident. “However, before this, there had been years of border clashes between the Japanese and the Chinese, having started with the 1931 Japanese invasion of Manchuria” (Quora Contributer). Japan was trying to to take more and more land from the Chinese for power and materials, so in the beginning WWII lasted way longer than anyone thought it would. “The political structure of Japan at this time was inherited from the Meiji era and was increasingly dominated by the military. Japan's emperor Hirohito led his people into this war for power for wanted to make japan a powerful force through this war, but this would lead to the downfall of Japan's honor of wanting more land and power for them so they can grow more powerful with more materials at their disposal.
