Throughout the course of history, Britain and its colony in America were never truly one united being leading to major alterations after the French and Indian War. Firstly, the roots of the major alterations can be traced to the early days of the colonies. Many colonies were founded off people who believed that they would have a better life in an unknown land, showing their desperateness. Slightly further into colonial history, Britain would dump its prisoners in the American colonies. The Trail of Tears was named so because of its devastating effects to the Cherokee nation. They were removed for one main reason, so their land could be used by the white men. Nobody had the right to take away their land. The land had been theirs since before the Europeans came and now they were being forcibly removed from it. On top of that, soldiers forced them to travel in the winter, causing thousands of Native Americans to die.
100 years after Columbus first arrived in the Americas, the first of 13 colonies, Virginia, was settled. Little did they know that 400 years later, these colonies would evolve and become one of the most powerful nations on Earth. With the colonists populating both southern and northern area, many aspects of the colonies changed. Not only did the colonies change because of the climate and topography (which was inevitable) but also because of the people who lived there. New England was primarily composed of people searching for religious freedom, the Southern Colonies had wealthy people looking for land to grow their plantations, and the middle colonies, the most ethnically diverse, consisting of people searching for a new and wealthier life.

Artificial Intelligence: Our Future or Our Destruction In “Fahrenheit 451,” Ray Bradbury depicts a society in which artificial intelligence has taken over and left humans emotionless and incapable of functioning without their technology. Throughout the novel Guy Montag, one of the main characters, fights against a society that wants him to conform to the lifestyle controlled by technology. Bradbury illustrates how our society could become similar to that in “Fahrenheit 451” if we go forward with the innovation of artificial intelligence. Even though “Fahrenheit 451” was written in 1951, Bradbury’s concerns about the innovation of AI, shown in his novel, are still valid concerns among scientist and thinkers today.
Transformation of the West Introduction The American West was vastly transformed during the “Gilded Age”. As railroads traversed the nation, crime became a major problem, and the rise of industry prompted a response by environmentalists. As far-reaching as the transformation of Western civilization since the Renaissance had been, I don’t think that anyone around 1800 could have predicted the even more profound changes that would occur in the nineteenth century.
Open campus at lunch time is a huge advantage for high school students, and is a great punishment as well. The student's responsibility to come back to school on time will have consequences if students don't follow it. Students will be gaining responsibility for collage and the real world after that. To succeed in life people need independence, maturity, and responsibility.

The characterisation of the fictional location, where "all the women are strong, all the men are good looking, and all the children are above average," has been used to describe a real and pervasive human tendency to overestimate one’s achievements and capabilities in relation to others.

The Cold War was a conflict between the U.S. and the Soviet Union, that also caused many damages to other countries such as Vietnam, that later got involved into their own Cold War – North Vietnam (Democratic Republic of Vietnam with its capital – Hanoi) against South Vietnam (Republic of Vietnam with its capital – Saigon). The first point I’m talking about is trade and investment.
