By embracing diversity, we are able to push past our preconceived notions and challenge the status quo. We can create a culture of understanding and respect for all individuals, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or other differences. Inclusivity allows us to see beyond our own experiences and gain new insights from those who are different from us. This helps us become better problem solvers, innovators and collaborators in whatever field we choose to pursue.

Without different opinions and ideas, the world would not be as advanced as it is today. The world would be slow, with limitations, from cutting-edge technology to businesses created by people.
Diversity helps us to understand different perspectives and allows for greater empathy and understanding. This can have positive effects on individuals' education and career prospects, as they can learn from various sources with increased comprehension and sophistication. In addition, diversity inspires creativity which improves learning outcomes across disciplines. All of these things are impacted by international involvement and without it diversity would reduce and so would our understanding. Alongside broadening our internationalism it reshapes individuals by expanding the inclusiveness of ethnic minorities.

Brave New World, written by Aldous Huxley, shows the starkness of a world where uniformity is paramount and diversity is despised as the root of instability. No one thinks for themselves, but instead they simple echo what they have been programmed to say. Every person is bred to act and think the same as others in their social class. Diversity is shunned along with old world beliefs and conservative morals.
Diversity is showing variety, or being different. It is clear that this could easily lead to the downfall of the United States we know today. When two people have a disagreement, in a way, it’s diversity. But if there is too much diversity, people could develop completely different ideas, which could lead to arguments, and then to separations.
Diversity is understanding the children, their backgrounds and family structures and we are here to help, for example learning simple phrases to understand a language barrier to help, understanding their cultures and beliefs, children with special needs, we need to understand their needs, this is very important to positively make all children and their families feel included and everyone is valued. Inclusion is very important to children, especially with special needs, they need to be treated fairly and include to learn the same curriculum as the rights to other children, for example, making games to help learn, learning through play is fun but very effective way of learning as its not daunting and be putting on the spot and forced to learn,
