The Nazis mainly targeted Jewish people but also targeted people in certain groups such as Serbs and Disabled people, the Holocaust is cited as one of the most horrifying events in human history and teaches us about the dangers of prejudice, survivor testimonies provide first-person perspectives of the horrible treatment the victims suffered under the Nazi rule. Through these stories, we can understand the importance of fighting against hate and injustice and the importance of not forgetting the atrocities committed during this dark period.
