“ The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn” is an interesting and well written novel by Mark Twain. The fact that he develops his characters chapter by chapter makes one to read it with a great curiosity. Throughout the novel, one can notice how he develops his characters’ personality and makes them even interesting. From the beginning to the end, the characters are being changed in different ways which makes the readers to fall even deeper into the novel. One of the characters that is being changed throughout the novel is his main character Huck. Twain develops and changes his character in a very interesting way. He changes his personality and makes him a civilizes boy in the end of his book. One is able to see how he is changing from the beginning to the end. However, the most visible change that the readers can see is that in the beginning Huck refused to be a civilized boy, but throughout the novel he changes from careless boy into civilized one. But from the beginning of chapter 10 there are some changes that one can see in his personality.When he becomes friends with Jim, he starts to care not only about him but also about Jim. Huck starts looking at the world a little bit differently. He starts accepting Jim not as a slave but as a human being. Moreover, he does many things to help him hide from white people that he wouldn’t do them before. He starts caring more about him and sees his moral values that he never noticed before. When Huck says “ All right man I will go to the hell " (ch. 36) it shows how he starts thinking more reasonably, and he is ready to sacrifice himself only for helping his friend.The adventure that Huck goes throw with Jim makes him become a better person who is no longer that careless and uncivilized
