In the case of S.K vs Constable Garrett Styles, I would sentence S.K to the same punishment that his now facing. Not only banished to the solitude of his house S.K, is serving a much harsher sentence than most within the public think. The judge, justice Sonsa said to reporters that the defendant, S.K is "already serving a life sentence, imprisoned in his wheelchair.". This statement although true did not please the styles family by any means. The passed father of two young children Garrett was killed while doing a routine check.
John Cade should be charged with voluntary manslaughter in the death of Robert Sheldon. Voluntary manslaughter is an intentional murder that is not premeditated and happens when the suspect is provoked. Evidence was presented that the suspect stabbed the victim deliberately. In Affidavit B, Ponyboy Curtis states, “He would kill the next person who jumped him.” This piece of evidence from the witness reveals that Mr. Cade stabbed Mr. Sheldon on purpose because he knew months ago that he would have to defend himself if something happened.
In a fiction novel written by S.E. Hinton called The Outsiders. Bob is within a social class named the Socs, the rich kids. Johnny is in a social group named the Greasers for their greasy hair. There is a forever rivalry with many skirmishes between these two social classes, until one skirmish takes it too far. Some may say Johnny is to blame for Bob’s death because he could’ve escaped with Ponyboy before they got to them.

Christopher Simmons killed this innocent woman and more punishment should have been given than what was. Simmons will sit in prison thinking that he got away with it. This does not set a good example for the younger generation, that if you want to murder someone then you can and you don't receive the death penalty, but jail for life. The death penalty was legal for minors in the State of Missouri, the death penalty was a fair punishment for Christopher Simmons and would have been the wisest punishment to give. No mercy should have been given to Simmons on this action.
In the beginning of the novel, The Outsiders, written by S.E Hinton, the author portrays Johnny Cade as a weak and helpless character in the book. He`s seen as a dynamic character that has gone through extremely tough times that are difficult for him to handle alone. ``He was the gangs`pet, everyones` kid brother``, if it hadn`t been for the gang Johnny would have never felt love nor affection. He always seemed to have an anxious and suspicious look in his eyes, he was a nervous wreck. He struggled in the areas of self-confidence and loving himself, that even the idea of suicide popped in his head.
The character Johnny grows in major ways throughout The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton. Johnny was a greaser, His best friend was Ponyboy, the main character. Johnny was a dynamic character, he contributed a lot to the main theme. Johnny had bad parents and committed murder. Soon after his bad acts, he became a hero.

Even though murder can be frowned upon, it can be justified when it is done to protect friends. Ponyboy writes,“... he [Johnny] finally blurted out,’but they were drownin’ you, and I was so scared…’” (Hinton 74). Johnny shows that he is concerned for the well being of his friend Ponyboy. This makes murder justifiable because if the murder did not happen, Ponyboy would have gotten hurt which would have taken a large toll on Johnny and all Ponyboy’s friends and family.

Many of these are considered dynamic characters because of changes they induced throughout the plot. In S.E. Hinton’s novel The Outsiders, Johnny Cade is a character that goes through a major change in personality. At first a boy who is afraid of his own shadow, Johnny turns into a gallant hero that risked his life to save children.

In the most unfortunate cases, the crime was blamed on her ex-boyfriend, Adnan Syed, who got convicted of first degree murder serving a life sentence in jail.

After many pieces of evidence, the three that are in doubt are the old man hearing “I’m going to kill you!” as well as the weapon of choice and how it was replicated, and finally the woman’s testimony. In my opinion, the boy could have been proven guilty, based on these the boy is not guilty.
The Outsiders Essay Why all the fighting? It doesn't solve anything. It just causes more problems necessary. There's always so much of it, it's hard to make it go away. When the Greasers and Soc's fight, have you ever noticed how no one ever wins?
In The Outsiders, Ponyboy is the narrator so we know what he thinks and feels. He is able to tell us that Johnny died before the rest of the gang knew about it. He tells us how much he misses and loves Johnny. He is able to tell us about Johnny's last words to him and how he wonders what “Stay Gold,” means.

Background information: Known as his “greaser gang’s” pet, Johnny Cade grew up in a household with no role models. Not only was he constantly bullied at home, he was attacked outside as well. Johnny was continuously being assaulted by Socs looking for trouble and he would never fully recover from the trauma in which he has been through.
