While the mythical Cyclopes, Polyphemus is a Greek mythology creature whom has no respect for anyone what so ever. Odysseus does not respect the Cyclopes because he trapped him and his men in the cave an begins to devour them, and So many people feared the Cyclopes because he is a man eating cannibal who has no contrition in the decisions he makes. Cyclopes are gigantic one eyed monsters who in Greek mythology were said to be walking around on earth. These creatures shut themselves out of everything that involved meet other people. They were poor and did not have very many if not at all any friends. Some people were frightened and scared of the Cyclopes. Everyone has heard about the Cyclopes, but not everyone has heard of one of the most well-known. In the odyssey Polyphemus who is the Cyclopes traps Odysseus men in his cave and won’t let them go.
