The change of reading

The way we read has changed drastically over the years. Particular, students have put their academic books aside, and make use of the internet that provides a fast reading or information. Many years ago, the only types of reading would only occur in books and newspapers that offer us trustworthy sources, where some of the reading was complicated for students, since it would take time to go through books for information. In this era, the internet has become a phenomenon success to get the information. However, it can also be a trap to many of us, since many sites provide sources that are not trustworthy or reliable. Therefore, in this generation we need skills to read properly on the internet and in our books.

Internet was created on the 1990s, but it was first in the 2000s that the internet grew rapidly and was a daily usage for many people. One big advantage of the internet is the commutation between one and another. We can still consider if the social network takes us in a wrong direction that makes us asocial. The way we communicate with each other has changed drastically over time. Many years ago, the only online commutation we had was the E-mail. The E-mail consists of sending file to another person or simply have conversation which that person. However, it would sometime take time to get reply, since E-mail can be considered as a non-direct commutation. Over time, the internet would provide us with the world's biggest social network called 'Facebook'. Facebook tend to connect people together. It can be all from family members, friends or simply strangers. The Facebook is a big phenomenon in our time, because it has change the way we communicate with each other. If it is a bad or good thing, it depends on the persons judgmental. According to me, I find this change of commutation worryingly, and I believe that it is taking us in a very wrong turn. The internet doesn’t bring us closer together, however it takes us apart from each other. We have to find balance between our social life and our social
