Roy Choi, the king of Los Angeles food trucks is working towards making an impact on fast food. Making more healthy meals at a more affordable cost, a new style, and he is dedicated to his work.
In 2008 Roy Choi found himself jobless in a slump, but when he teamed up with a friend, Mark Manguera, and started driving around Los Angeles hauling around tacos stuffed with Korean barbecue, on the side of his food truck;This food truck is called the Enterprise Kogi. Kogi was by no means the first food truck to hit the streets of Los Angeles, but it was the only food truck Twitter followers turned into a sensation.
