Communication has been with us since the beginning of time. Humans, animals, and other living organisms communicate. But from the years of the mid 1900’s to the present time we live in, there has some big changes to the telephone and also how we communicate. From delivering important letters or packages by horse or even by a sailboat which could take a few weeks to even 6 months, to delivering them through the “internet” or by plane in a few seconds to a week. Communicating with someone from across the world is only getting easier as time progresses.
It has been around since the origin of our human existence. Communication is a means of connection between people or groups. It is a way to exchange or impart information. It is what brings people together and what makes people feel connected. Communication is the essential skill which allowed mankind to rise to the top of the evolutionary food chain.
How has communication changed over the past twenty years? People have been designing and introducing new equipment or devices to communicate easier with one another. Communication has become more easier and better that has benefited our society even better. A couple of years ago like in the 90's,communication wasn't that good or easy,but people tried their very best into inventing devices or any equipment that would allow us, our people,and our society to communicate easier with each other without a problem.

Kendall Childers Amnee 206 9/21/17 Interpersonal Communication Concepts in Music Lyrics In this paper I would discuss the interpersonal communication concepts through the lyrics from “Feel Invincible” by Skillet. I would discuss these concepts by using D.R.E. (describing, relating, and explaining) the concepts to the lyrics. In the lyrics of the song all be able to define the interpersonal perception, social role, psychological construct, and interpretation. I believe this song is about finding that one thing and our lives that helps us wake up tomorrow morning, even if the world is going crazy.

The way people communicate has significantly changed over the years due to technological advances. Text messaging first became possible on mobile devices in 1992, “but did not experience rapid growth until the early 2000s. David Crystal (2009) reports that, in the year 2000, 17 billion texts were sent worldwide. ’ This has increased to 250 billion in 2001 and passed a trillion in 2005”(p.272). Now in 2017 people around the world in one year has sent eight trillion text messages.
Interpersonal communication includes communication that occurs with your words and through your tone of voice, posture and facial expressions. When two or more people are in the same place and are aware of each other's presence, then communication is taking place, no matter how subtle or unintentional. Interpersonal communication has impacted my life and i in a lot of ways. Few of the many ways how it has impacted me and my life are, I learned a lot while just talking to people.
