Chris also talked about a lot about how he wants to live his life to the fullest and how he's going to do that by divorcing his parents and going out into the wild and never having to see them ever again and he will never talk to them and he was proud of that.That was one of the reasons he was so invested in going out by himself into the wild and he had a lot of confidence in his ability to do so.He wrote a quote in his journal about living life to the fullest “It is the experience, the memories,The great triumphant joy of living to the fullest extent in which real meaning is found. The last thing he could have done was he could have told one of his family members or one of his friends or even just a stranger or local person that was in the area that he was going to be out there for some time and when he doesn't show up they should go up to where he was and check up on chris and see how he was doing or he could have brought a phone with him and he should have called his sister at least to call he and tell her how he was doing so nothing bad happens to him but he didn't do that instead he just went in there all by himself with no help and they could have also given him some food and water and some clothes to stay warm during the winter if he did have the essentials i think he would have survived longer and would have more time to explore the wild.
