Mr. Arms was the last one in the restaurant when William Warden saw David Eldridge walk into the restaurant. Then Mr Warden heard screams and when he went into the restaurant he found Mr. Arms's dead body. This proves that David Eldridge and Mr. Arms were the only two in the restaurant at the time of his death. This also shows why there were no signs of a break-in because David Eldridge didn’t need to break in because he could just use his key.
