Studies have shown that people who exercise for a few minutes during the day are more productive than people who do not.Being healthy and exercising throughout the day seems like something a productive person would do than a person who doesnt because of there health and not giving there body the health to be productive. To be productive, i think you haft to at least be a person who exercises every now and then and be a little healthy to be productive. Exercise is one of the main things to make you more productive thats why people say ''people who go out are more productive then people who dont''. Its true because if you dont have the energy to go out to get exercise every now and again then what makes you have the energy to get things done, yea your mind might say yea lets get this done but your body is the one to move to get things done. Ever go out and have a moment of fresh air to breath in, to exercise what does it do? Makes you feel better, to be able to do things like clean out your house, or maybe to try to get something done that youve been trying to do for years like get the garage fixed or something small. Well that little bit of air and exercise just gave you a productive mood because of that air and exercise.It made you have a moment of peace to think of things which makes you do things and makes you be active. Plus air makes you want to go out and do things, like for a walk or to take out the trash or something that makes you WANT to GET UP and GO DO SOMTHING instead of sitting there.
