Today I am going to talk about soccer,did you know that soccer was and still is called fútbol in some countries.The things I 'm going to talk about today are the positions,rules and essentials for soccer.Most people love soccer but some are just starting to play,so here is the beginners guide to soccer everything you need to know about soccer.
There are many positions in soccer,I play left forward,here are all the positions in soccer.The forwards can choose from left,right and center forwards are supposed to score the goals,they stand in the center of the field .For the midfielders there are left,right and center midfield,midfield is supposed to defend and score they stand behind the forwards.The positions for the defense is left right and center defense the defense is supposed to block the opposing team"forwards and midfield"from scoring before they get to the goal,defense stands behind the midfield.The last position is goalie,goalie blacks midfield and forwards from scoring, there is only one goalie but there can be more than one goalie on one team.Goalies stand in the goal or behind the defense.Those are all the positions in soccer. There many rules in soccer A.K.A fútbol but here are the ones that you need to look out for.this isn 't really a rule but you can 't start the game without it,your team will warm up before the game and when the refs are ready they will call your team to the center line and check if you have shin guards on and that the bottom of your cleats are plastic.Some refs are really strict and …show more content…

The last thing I am going to talk about is the essentials for soccer.there ain 't many essentials for soccer all you need are the basics water,cleats,soccer ball,soccer bag,shin guards and soccer socks,and if you want a pair of flip flops to change into after the games or a soccer event like the state cup,but if you 're not in competitive soccer you don 't have to worry about the state cup just yet but that 's all the essentials you need for
