A. Attention getter: After people have read Dante’s Inferno they begin to have a different view of afterlife.
B. Transition: People begin to think and question their original beliefs that they have been taught. People begin to reflect on these new ideas through everything that they do.
C. Thesis: After reading Dante’s Inferno, people will have a different outlook of afterlife, and begin to express these new beliefs through architecture, art, music, media, and other literature.

Ancient buildings often have murals and painting covering the ceilings and walls of mythical creatures.
Ancient temples often represent some of the descriptions Dante says in Inferno.
The Temple of Olympian Zeus contains many ancient intercuite designs.
Many museums and buildings have statues of ancient greek figures. E. Artists were often inspired to create paintings and drawings of greek mythology creatures after reading Inferno.
The images were greatly influenced by Dante’s strict descriptions
Dante describes the creature from head to toe, whether it is a slit mouth, or five toes
The Mosaic of the Satan in the Last Judgment on the ceiling of the Florence Baptistry was influenced by Dante’s descriptions of characters.
This is based on Dante’s description at the end of Inferno. He describes the Satan having three mouths, which are eating a sinner. This painting has the Satan eating many sinners.
The Priamo della Quercia painting was inspired by the second circle, lust. He uses Dante’s descriptions when they are passing through the second circle to create this painting.
