In the book Jurassic Park, written by Michael Cranton, the park failed miserably. The way they ran it had lots of problems. It resulted in the death of eight people and six people missing. Most of the park was destroyed up until eventually the whole thing was destroyed by the military. There are many different ways to run the park then what they did.
The first thing I would of done would be to have better security watching not only the dinosaurs, but the people as well. This would have prevented pretty much everything that happened to Jurassic Park in the book. With the security watching people, Nedry wouldn’t have been able to shut off the power and steal the eggs. He also wouldn’t have died either. This would make people feel a lot safer knowing no

Dinosaurs, you would need a lot. You would not have to poison the raptors or such to kill them.
Third, the employees on the island must go through a high level of screening in order to be considered for employment. This includes background checks, previous job employment. Overall there whole life must be made known. They must also do ongoing screening of these employees so that they are aware of any changes in their lives. Anything that is high security must take two or three people to access a facility. Each person has their own password and you need two or three to access. Nedry wouldn’t have been able to get the eggs if it were for this.
Another thing is, they must come up with a better solution with the DNA.
The frog DNA allowed them to breed because they could change sex from female to male. I would have people do more research on which genes to use to prevent them from mutating.
Finally, they should have a better transportation on the island instead of having two jeeps like they did. They should be able to drive the jeeps instead
