Thank you for considering me this for for the postiton of Executive Store Manager at Daleville, Walmart. I am the best perosn for this position because I know how to run a business and how to keep employees on top of thier game. I always correct things that are wrong and reward things that are right. I'll always watch after the business and make sure everything is running the best it can be and I will try to figure out things to make the business run more smoothly. With many of the subordinates older than me I'll earn their respect by using my maners and getting to learn them while my time at the store. No matter what you should always respect you elders and treat everyone with respect no matter the situation. You should always treat elders like you would want your grandparents to be treated. If several employees were coming to me and telling me that other employees was stealing time I would look at the cameras and investigate then I would question the people who was accused of stealing time. If it is true that the employees are stealing time I would give them one more chance while docking thier pay for a a couple of weeks to get the money back that they did not earn.
