I’m Juan Ortiz, the Granite Shop Manager for Primera in Phoenix, Arizona. I want to take a moment to express to you what I am about. I have 14yrs of experience in the granite industry. The granite industry is not just a job to me, it’s my passion, and I love and enjoy my job. I know this industry from top to bottom. Back in 2012 I decided I wanted to give more to this industry. I want to make this company one of the most successful granite shops in AZ. I also want to build an environment were employees are happy to come to work, that’s what I am all about.
