It is my honor and privilege to recommend Dr. Roberta Heyward for the position of Principal/Director at the Felton Laboratory Charter School in your school district. Dr. Heyward is a highly successful professional in all that she has endeavors to do. I’ve known and worked with her in the Fairfield County School District since 2008 and she has impressed me as being a person who is committed, goal oriented, supportive, results-oriented, driven, focused, fair, and a good listener. Myra Bramlett since she came to us in 2012. I’ve observed them in various situations at our school and at the district level and theirs is a one of mutual respect and caring for each other.
