Holocaust
The Holocaust was a mass slaughter of around 5 million Jews, Jehovah 's witnesses, and homosexuals but mainly Jews.They were slaughtered in concentration camps. Some examples of these camps are Neuengamme and Mauthausen.They are found in Germany. One of the Na i’s ways of mass murder was taking around 100 of them into a large shower room but instead of water coming out, poisonous gas came out. This is just one of the cruel ways they murdered people. The Holocaust was the extermination of Jews, Jehovah Witnesses, homosexuals, and people with disabilities the Germans. They killed men, women, and children.

As you can guess the immediate cose was the death of Jews Jehovah witnesses the homosexuales and the handicapped. The reason the Holocaust happened was most likely Hitler coming to power with his deep hatred for Jews and wanting to blame someone for Germany’s problems.
The reason he did this was to get rid of Jews and others so there be more room and food for the Germans. This was also the reason he brought Germany into World War II however it is not the exact cause but you could argue otherwise. So the Holocaust might never have happened if the SS never existed. They were in charge of executing the death of the Jews. This is also true for any organisation like the SS.
Something similar to the Holocaust in modern day times could perhaps be the Darfur Genocide otherwise called the Sudan Holocaust. It began on February 2003 and took place on Africa in Darfur. There religion is mainly Muslim some similarities are the mass slaughter that took place some light on the word genocide is committing any of these acts with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, race or religious group, as such Killing members of the group.
