Currently, I am the Chief Architect/ Principal Enterprise Architect in my consulting firm – Sushil Consultants Inc., providing services to Fortune 500 companies. Through this, I have directed the architecture and implementations of IT projects worth $2M to $80M in the companies such as Biogen Inc., Sealed Air Corporation, Cummins Inc., Google Inc.,

I could see and experience my ability to get the team members agree on numerous key decisions to achieve the common business goals, and also my ability to identify and leverage the strengths of every team member.
This role of Associate Director - Enterprise Architecture requires brainstorming the strategic programs with a variety of alternatives. These alternatives have to be discussed with the appropriate criteria and decisions arrived at, as quickly as possible, to support the business goals. I have been effective in this type of Enterprise Architecture Forums, both with the IT teams and also with line of business we support.

My strengths are in two areas, i.e., my technology and my leadership skills described earlier.
My one area that needs improvement is for me to believe in myself to take-up higher challenges, and I am looking forward to such challenges!

Based on my research and the company SEC Filing of 10K reports, I see that Mondelez International, Inc., employs about 107,000 people around the world with an annual revenue of about $30 billion and operates in approximately 165 countries, with five reportable operating segments – Latin America, Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, Europe and North America.
With this basic information, I see that the company would have significant technical challenges in terms of migrating from legacy systems to the latest technologies, improvements in architectural practices and process, across various regions. Thus, I am excited about the challenges this role and the company has to offer.
