The Neolithic Revolution, was also very well known as the agricultural Revolution and it changed our way of life. This Revolution took place around 8,000 years ago in the Middle East and China. These people made many technological innovations such as clay pots, the plow, the wheel and much more. In the paleolithic period, people were food gatherers, but in the Neolithic Era, people were food producing because of the success in the agricultural department. Since the farmers produced a surplus, it allowed them to do other jobs, allowed the growth of cities and villages, and helped the first civilizations develop. Overall, agriculture was the best thing about the Neolithic Revolution, but many other things caused this Era to be widely successful.
