The Roman and Qin Dynasty empires are relatively similar based when they ruled and how many people are in their empire. Both empires were increasing greatly around 200 B.C.E. to 200 C.E. and has a population of about 50 to 60 million people. Religion is also used in both empires to help their political rule. Despite these similarities they had different religious beliefs and the end of these empires differed greatly. A similarity between the two shows they both thought of themselves on universal terms, meaning they had control over almost everyone.
