Howard Schultz The first time I ever heard of Starbucks was when I was turning 10. My sister and her boyfriend brought me to Marquette to go shopping in Target. So I ask my sister if she can buy me one she said yes and I got Carmel Salted Mocha Frappuccino, it was so good and had great flavor. I think Starbucks is a great place to get ice coffee or hot coffee, whenever you have an urge for something good to drink I would go to Starbucks. The entrepreneur himself, Howard Schultz did not have the best of life that he could have had. His mom and dad, whose names are Fred and Elaine Schultz, would work really hard to give their kids a decent future they wanted even though they worked as hard as they could they were still poor. The two best things about Howard is that he believes in the importance of partnerships, and he knows the importance or knowing employees and customers. Mr. Schultz makes sure there are trust, honesty, and commitment in the company he is running. The way that Howard establishes a business is he has a mission, you got to ask you customer’s questions to see what they say and think about the business and drink and etc. You also got to know your customers and employees. Also, you can be innovative and have to take responsibility, and go against the grain. You would embrace in social media, everything matters, choose the right partners to help. The most important one is to fit in with the region, also the last one is you should find the right
