Change Control Board:
The Change Control Board is a elected group which is reviews technical terms and authorizes changes within the organizations infrastructure.
Customer:
The customer for this project is CARE. Customer who request for the project on his basic requirements. Customer will accept the final deliverable of this project they will be informed of the project status and prospective impacts to the schedule for the final deliverable or the product itself.
Project manager:
The Project Manager has general obligation regarding the execution of the task. The Project Manager oversees regular assets, gives venture direction and screens and investigates the tasks measurements as characterized in the Project Management Plan. As the individual in charge of the execution of the undertaking, the Project Manager is the essential communicator for the venture disseminating data as per this Communications Management Plan.
