Recently, it has become a popular story on the news where more and more poilce officers across the country are being arrested for innapropiate behavior. Cases where officers are using aggressive force to kicking a peron in the head, tackling a pregnant woman to the ground and pulling a weapon on teenagers at a pool. With some cases where a wrongful death occurs, riots from the community start to grow. Obviously, riots indicate a significant collapse in stability and order within the community and could be viewed as a sign of social breakdown. While such community turmoil could not constantly be concentrated on law enforcement behavior, it, undoubtedly, is the responsibility of the authorities to balance the cost of free speech with the damage it may cause.
Policing has seen much progress. Some reforms do work, and some types of abuse have been reduced. Today, among both police officials and rank and file officers, it is widely recognized that police brutality hinders good law enforcement. Whenever a new case of police brutality comes to light, people in the community must respond politically to ensure justice for the victim. These actions must be timely to be truly effective.

Those police officers who goes against their conduct make other police officers look bad especially white officers who have no intention of killing someone over that person's race. Many people use to look up to the police and view them as perfect role models who follows the law and always do the right thing but now many of those who use to look up to officers now fear them and take caution with every move they make because they fear for their lives. And that problem is not okay because citizens should not fear law enforcement because their race is not white.
