Additionally, raising awareness and becoming educated in the signs of human trafficking is vital. Primary Forms of Human Trafficking: There are multiple forms of human trafficking. The major forms of trafficking include: 1. Child labor o Child labor globally affects 218 million children between the ages of 5 and 17 years old. As poverty, globalization, and the overwhelming demand for cheap labor has increased, so has the use of child labor. Children who are victim of child labor are trafficked into domestic work, sexual exploitation, dangerous child labor, and other illegal activity, which includes theft, illegal adoption, or early marriage .
