Good evening Tigers, staff, and teachers! Everyone here today has accomplished at least one amazing thing. Whether it be promoting to high school, completing a year of teaching, assisting a student promoting, or at least witnessing one student here and congratulating them. Although it is good for everyone, us students have the greatest privilege being here today, hitting a huge milestone in our lives and we should all be aware. Accordingly, we are nowhere near the end; we have only taken one baby step closer to success. We now must look forward to graduating high school. It may sound like another four more dreadful-yet beneficial, years of education, but we must make the most out of it. Many of us have managed to do great things …show more content…
Number 3: Teachers. All teachers. Every-single-day, we are learning something new from them. Taking advantage of this opportunity, I would like to point out a few of our, but also my teachers. Mr. Chudoba, having him first period is interesting, starting off every morning filled with math and challenges every now and then, but more importantly he has taught us that math is everything and everywhere. Thank you Mr. Chudoba. Ms. Pitre. Having science directly after math in the morning is great, where I get to start the day learning and studying the two subjects I love the most. Ms. Pitre, you have changed the way I see the world...introducing us to chemistry, and explaining why the things on Earth happen, through physics. You are pretty high on my “favorite teacher list.” On every assignment...you never fail to write a nice note on all of our papers about how we could improve. Next up is Advanced Art with Ms. Banks. All those who were in this 3rd period know that this class was quite interesting behavior-wise, but it was a class where everyone could relax and just...make art; while learning new things as well. Thank you, Ms. Banks. PE, or physical education, is what I have after Art. It is loads of . Mr. Wheelock, making-- out of all the days in the week, Mondays... the “run-days” (where we run about 1 mile) isn’t the best idea; it just made Mondays worse. Although, you were very lenient on many things, but to a certain extent which is something many of us can say we appreciate and are thankful for. Afterwards, I have Language Arts with Ms. Connor. To be honest, this was a class that I did not participate much in, and if I could travel back in time, I wish I could have changed that. Nonetheless, I still learned many things such as, how to debate; that was nerve wracking but very enjoyable. Ms. Connor, you are also an amazing facilitator for the Interact Club. My two best friends, Sydney & Paola, along with myself, are officers in the community service club. This made the club 100 times as more fun. I loved being able to help the community while hanging out with friends at the same time. You did lots for the
