I am a Y11 pupil at Forge Valley School, currently studying for 9 GCSEs at grades A*-C (9-4). During my 4 years at Forge Valley, I have been apart of the school council for all years it has been active, representing my form. I am also part of the school's team of prefects showing my dedication to ensuring this school is the best it can be and allowing students to get a say on key aspects of the school's decisions. I am a confident and enthusiastic person who is very opinionated when it comes to issues I am interested and believe in. During lessons I am helpful towards my fellow students, I am sociable and friendly when the time calls for it. I have an excellent punctuality record, however my attendance is sometimes lacking.
My favourite subjects are history, chemistry, maths, physics and biology, because they interest me. I also love discovering and learning facts and solving problems/puzzles. I also enjoy RS because there is the chance to debate and voice your opinions. I have helped my school multiple times with Y6 open evenings I have visited universities during events and open-days, which enabled me to work as part of a team and to listen to others. My strengths are a quick ability to make decisions, allowing me to think on my toes; I am also good at organising things such as events or journeys.
