I CAN-T.E.R. strengths include the overall benefit that they are providing to the economy. The organization has invested a lot into the intangibles which revolve around being a place where can experience rehabilitation services. I CAN-T.E.R. offers a variety of services ranging from their mini-driving program to day camp. From these offerings I CAN-T.E.R. is able to reach a larger group of people who have different interests and needs. In addition, I CAN-T.E.R. also has a good relationship with the current owners of their land which means that even though they don’t own it, they will have access to the land for the foreseeable future. I CAN-T.E.R. charges less than their competitors which is resulting in less cash entering the business, however, since Fort Erie is a low income region, increasing the price could result in lost sales. Another weakness I CAN-T.E.R. faces is their hours of operations. As there are only open from 9:00-4:30 and tours are only available on appointment, this creates a barrier for acquiring new customers as there are limited opportunities for them to come on site and experience what I CAN-T.E.R. has to offer.
