've always wanted to be a US Marshal. It's been around me for my life. Though I'm starting to like agriculture more. Both have been parts of my life more one than the other. They both include things i love. The Marshal Service is a very respected law enforcement. It has recently just had its 227th anniversary last year. It is important to be in top physical shape and always be aware of your surroundings.
The work environment for a United States Marshall varies everyday. Usually in the office most of the time. In the office it’s mainly paperwork. Also other things but other workplaces include a car for whenever.

They get many vacations and other stuff. The starting salary is $39,677 at GS7 for a deputy. Then, after 5 years at GS12 it's increased to $71,012. Other benefits are paid holidays. Then when they send deputies to training they are paid to go and get a free rental car and a hotel room.
Advancements in the Marshal Service are the following and there are only a few listed. Deputies are allowed to move to different districts for different jobs. They are also allowed to pick their own job once they have graduated from basic.
Depending on the job they acquire their pay will never drop. Sometimes the job will make it rise. Others it will usually rise because of how long the deputy has been in.
The education part of becoming a deputy is pretty simple. The bare minimum requirement is a 4 year bachelor degree. It can be in different majors though.
Criminal Justice is probably the biggest one picked. Law enforcement is highly recommended as well. They will both help you in your job.
