Introduction To ICT:

ICT refers to Information Communication Technology. ICT is widespread and play a major role in changing the way we live, communicate, learning, acressing information and some more. ICT may also refers to the technology that can access to information or obtain information. According to Pelgrum and Law (2003) state that near the end of the 1980s, the term ‘computers’ was replaced by ‘IT’ (information technology) signifying a shift of focus from computing technology

Internet not only allow computer to process information, but also can get information and transmission of information through the use of Internet. Its rapid development has a profound impact on global politics, economy, culture and so on. It appears completely changed our living space and daily performance. Today, the Internet and wireless telephone or smartphone is the major communication tool throughout the earth. In the same time, the rapid development of the Internet also expanding smartphone function similarly changing people 's the way of communication. According to the study published by Martin Hilbert in Science (Hilbert and Lopez 2011), 95 percent of all information existing in the planet is digitized and most of it is accessible on the Internet and other computer networks. Internet has changed the distance of people, understanding of the place and their way of life, so that people can do anything without worrying the time and place

With the rapid development of ICT, the traditional teaching pattern is also changing from the form of blackboard to the use of multimedia in education. The use of Internet allow people to learn online or ‘E-learning’, without going to school or class so that a single "class system" is substituted. The introduce of smartphone also allow people to learn online anyway and anytime, with just a few touch on the screen of the phone, hundred or thousand of informations can be obtained in a few of second. By using the ICT technology, it can be very convenient to get educational materials around the world, information exchange and resource sharing. The development of network technology also allows people who can not enter the school to acquire the necessary knowledge. ICT may function as a facilitator of active learning and higher-order thinking (Alexander, 1999). The advantages of ICT play a variety of functions such as learning flexibility rich content, learning styles, multiple senses to mobilize people to participate in learning activities, thus greatly improving the learning outcomes. Although the use of ICT injected fresh vitality in learning style of social, but there are still many problems such as lack of interaction between people, especially students and teachers in primary and secondary school.
