3.2.3: Final Site Plan: The final site plan called for 22 detached units consisting of 1,160, 1227 and 1,420 square foot three-bedroom, two-bath, and craftsman-style units on a 1.34-acre lot. To make the project work, density had to be maximized through small lots with sizes ranging from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet. Space allocated for parking was minimized through one-car garages with a 29- to 31-foot driveway capable of accommodating a second vehicle. The homes were to be located along the perimeter of the development 51 and surround a central, interior green space containing mailboxes, a small playground, barbecue facilities and visitor parking.
In my opinion, I would like to focus on a career that is enjoyable, productive, creative and simultaneously allows you to work for the betterment of humanity. I have always wanted to work in a Health profession. I enjoy working with people and I like the team atmosphere approach of a dental office. Elsie de Wolfe, whom is still revered as America’s first decorator to this day. Eleanor McMillen Brown, a pioneer in the interior design field and founder of McMillen Inc.. Dorothy Draper, the first to “professionalize” the interior design industry by establishing the first interior design company in the United States. Elsie de Wolfe was an American decorator born in New York City. Besides being an interior decorator she was also a professional actress that performed various light comic and historical roles throughout the 1890s.
Every dime I earn working at Reynolds Community College and every grant and scholarship I receive will go towards my passion of studying human behavior and applying everything I learn to bringing every community I can reach, a giant leap forward. After receiving my associates degree in Social a Science I decided to take a year off to work towards finding what it is that I really want to pursue. I have searched for that 'something ' that will keep me intrigued and awake all hours of the night without realizing it. I have eliminated the idea of simply working to make ends meet or finding a good job to support my family and "living" outside the 40+ hours of a weekday job. I am pursuing much more and I am confident that I have found a path leading me to wake up before my alarm clock sounds instead of praying for more time.
Next I enjoy planning programs. At programs I find out more about residents interest, goals, and stories. Programs allow for important educational aspects to be shared and discussed as house such as current events, health and wellness, and community services. Thirdly I want to be a RA next year to continue to have an open door

Currently there are two different areas I could see myself working on down the road. The first being operations. I have worked in operations in two different capacities and I enjoy the concept that no day will be the same. Everyday there is a different obstacle that the operations department must adjust to and that idea excites me. The second career path is working with the salary cap.

When I grow up as a child, I was setting goals for a future and what to do in life. I choose to pursue Physical therapist assistant which it is a reason why I want to help people, be more responsible, give good attitude to the patients. My Future Career, Nurse Practitioner A nurse practitioner is a nurse with a graduate degree in advanced practice nursing. When I was little I always said I wanted to become a nurse practitioner. It was something about being able to help patients overcome their illnesses that interested me the most.

As of now I want to dedicate my life to research and finding cures. Although this is my goal I am also interested in a more personalized career such as nutrition. These two fields will allow me to help others in ways I have not been able to help my own family members.
In this part I will review myself, about what have I done and what can I do, so I can be closer to my vision. As I have mentioned in my current situations I have strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threats. My strategy is that I want to maintain my strength, overcome my weaknesses and threats and take advantage of the opportunity. My strengths are my calm and observant personality.
My personal mission in life is to never give up, never give in, think outside the box, and to be myself.
