After carefully evaluating the options for expansion, the company makes the decision of the countries to expand the business into and the countries where they cannot expand at that time. Discourse lens- When using discourse lens, the emphasis is laid upon the manager’s ability to communicate within the organization. It also states the manager’s capability to provide a good explanation or reasons on why his proposed strategy needs to be chosen. The strategies which emerge though this lens is to be considered of high acceptability (Mention the book source). The discourse lens for Kickstarter does not look very convincing and not being used properly. As Kickstarter’s business concept is different from other concepts, the platform displays the favourite categories of their employees on their website. They value their employees in terms of respect and equality.
