We all think, work and function differently from everyone else, some people may agree with the majority of society while other people don’t, that is the beauty of being human. I’ve collaborated and interacted with a lot of people through my high school career, from just a simple class group activity to a club competition or even in a professional business atmosphere. I have noticed though the years that some people don’t always agree with you and they are obviously not thinking the same was as you do, but I have learned with the years of experience to respect a distinct point of view, ideas and beliefs that differ from mine. Everyone had something to do in the developing of our amazing website for example, we were four team member in total and the first one was working on graphing design, meanwhile us two were working on building and actually coding the core of the web site while the fourth person was collecting and delivering the info for the website to us. We ended up finish the web site in a month which gave us a 4 month period to work on the presentation quality of the website since the presentation is also a vast part of the competition. We worked and worked intensively in both the website and presentation till the end, we ended up advancing to state and we were able to travel to Houston Texas, sadly we didn’t advance to nationals but it left us the joy of working as a working team, we all learned from each other we learn that intelligence was not everything that we needed. This wonderful experience taught me how to appreciate people’s unusual abilities, opinions, ideas and beliefs everyone is different, everyone has their own purpose and you have to learn from them try to learn at least one positive thing from
