Yes, most of the considerations correlate with my ethical code. If there is a conflict between one’s own moral code conflicts and their work’s ethics code, they should report to their supervisor or boss to find a resolution to the issue. Identify an ethical scenario from your work life where your moral code may interfere with the code of ethics and determine the most moral action in that scenario. Apply the principles from your code to justify your decision. Scenario: A nurse is working in a long-term care facility. She has many patients who suffer from dementia and often refuse their medications or ADL’s. The nurse is trying to feed her elderly resident, however, he is confused and refusing to eat. The nurse has to decide if she is going to force him to eat or if she will stop trying. Conflict: Personal code of ethics would advise the nurse to feed the resident because it is necessary for him to live. The professional code of ethics states that a resident has the right to refuse
