Identity and character redemption are two powerful themes that have been explored extensively in literature, psychology, and philosophy. Many argue that a person's character is fixed and unchangeable, while others believe that transformation is always possible. The concept of identity and character redemption, analyzing how characters in literature struggle with their sense of self often show a shift that leads to personal growth.
